Dr. Karar is a bilingual Family Physician with over 15 years of international clinical experience across the UK, the Caribbean, and now in Canada. Trained within NHS England, he provides comprehensive, evidence-based care with particular interests in chronic disease management, mental health, pain management, cancer care, and lifestyle medicine.

Recognised for clinical excellence and professional leadership, Dr. Karar has received the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP) Member of the Year Award (First5) in 2022 in London - UK, reflecting his commitment to high standards of patient care and outcomes.

Dr. Karar is known for his thoughtful and personalised approach, offering culturally sensitive, continuity-focused care tailored to each patient’s needs. Alongside his clinical practice, he remains actively involved in medical education, supervising medical students and family medicine residents, and serving as an Associate Clinical Tutor at University of Sunderland Medical School, England.

Now accepting new patients across the Niagara Region, including St. Catharines, with flexible weekday and weekend appointments available.
